I am currently working on a Billing to cash project where customers are billed as per their usage. Typical invoice to the customer contains price charged as per the actual usage of the information used by the customer.
I am keen to know if SAP has any functionality that could support the collection of usage records from legacy client usage feeds systems and subsequently guide, rate and add the collected totals to the customer's bill.

Hi Chandra,
I think this can be mapped using Resource related billing. Can you explain exactly how this usage is tracked? Is it based on Time of usage or Volume of usage?
