Grant databse access error during system import

Hi,

I am doing the system copy, both the source and target system consists of Windows server 2003, Ms-SQL platform. while system import, I am facing the following error:

ERROR 2009-06-29 19:50:08

MDB-05700 <p> MS SQL server cannot get information about account serv1\bpeadm .<br>Use the MS SQL Server tools to execute the command master..xp_logininfo 'serv1\bpeadm' and <br>analyze the errors returned. </p>

here, in "serv1\bpeadm" serv1 is computer name and bpeadm is "SIDADM".

Can anyone please provide any solution for this error?

Hi,

Refer the belwo note.

Looks like problme is due to premissions.

Note 986456 - SAP installation stops with xp_logininfo execution

Let us know if u have any issues.
