How to update a masterdata attribute?

Hi,

i want to update a masterdata attribute (attribute of a characteristic) within a user-exit. The attributes value derives from a variable.

Did anyone know how to do this? Or did anyone know a FM that can be used to do this?

Hi

The question is which Data Source (DS) is loading data to this Att?

Find this DS and enhance it in your user exit and thats it.

Have a look at Function RSDMD_WRITE_ATTRIBUTES_TEXTS to update master data related information.
