Pricing Advise

Dear Friends,

For some of the parts and for specific Sold-to party we need a fix price (Standard

Price) which is always the same. At the moment the system calculates a moving average price (from material master) in our

sales orders and we are not able to change it. So how can we handle these orders and how can we sell these parts within a fix price?

Appreciate your help on the steps that need to be performed to fulfil the requirement.

Hi,

You can very well get this by maintaining the records for SP and material in VK11, and if your requirement is very much specific then write a routine for requirement and alternate calculation type.

Thanks for your quick reply, but we have around 90 parts for which we need to establish this, so do i need to create 90 conditions for each material ?

Yes, You have to create record for all 90 parts. Based on these combination system will pick price.

If your constraint is how to upload those 90 records, either you can create a recording via LSMW or BDC. The other way is list out those condition records in an excel sheet in which you can very fast update the required data. Next open the VK11 screen, copy the data from excel sheet and paste in VK11
