Returnable Packaging

Dear All

I hv Configured Returnable Packaging....its working fine....

But when i m creating Delivery Document..Is it Possible to trigger Automatic add off returnable material at delivery document line item.Also

if with 1 carton =24 boxes

Currently we hav to click on pack button and adding the returnable material.

Also I want if i put 48 boxes,,system should add automatic 2 cartons.Please guide me where is the settings missed.
