sending mail when status change

hello

i m told to configure support desk in such a manner that when the status of the message is change from new to something else then the end user should receive a mail is this possible in solution manager 3.2

Hi Neha:

Yes, it is possible.

SAP Note 691303 describes how to customize an action to automatically send an E-mail to the

creator of a notification (Key User) when the notification status is changed.

To include a link to the Support Desk notification in the e-mail, follow the steps described in SAP

Note 733511.

i got the note before only but any ways thanks for devoting ur valuable time but the thing is that the condition is only for changing from new status to in process i wan to configure it for all the status how can i do that

hi neha

if u go to the tcode sppfcadm in that select crm_order and click on the button condition configuration.change to technical names and select slfn0001_advanced then select the appropiate action definition and then click on start condition tab

click on the perdefined condition

by using the logical condition and / or u can add more condition in the same manner u created the first condition for in process

in these manner u can add all the remaining status also
