sending mail when status change


i m told to configure support desk in such a manner that when the status of the message is change from new to something else then the end user should receive a mail is this possible in solution manager 3.2

hi neha

if u go to the tcode sppfcadm in that select crm_order and click on the button condition configuration.change to technical names and select slfn0001_advanced then select the appropiate action definition and then click on start condition tab

click on the perdefined condition

by using the logical condition and / or u can add more condition in the same manner u created the first condition for in process

in these manner u can add all the remaining status also
