Quantity Restriction in Sales Order.

Hi All,

My Business Requirement is that they want to Restrict the Quantity of Material in Sales Order depending on Customer and Pricing. I have checked in the Standard SAP but couldnt find a proper Solution.

Please if anybody have information can you send me the detail configuration and customisation regarding this.

Thanks for your reply,

The Product Allocation Functionality I am aware but it will complicated as per my Business Requirements.

One way I thought is of writing a Z Program and maitaining the Combination of Ship to Party, Material Grouip and Quantity

against that Combination.

But I want to implement this requirement in the Standard Functionality.

Can you suggest me any Alternative.

Dear Farhan

Either use product allocation.

Or see if this can be of any help to your situation.

There is a price limit which u generate the procedure.

remove pricing limt path here is IMG>S&D>BASIC

FUN>PRICING>PRICING LIMIT FOR UPPER AND LOWER LIMIT,

REMOVE YOUR belonging here save it and now generate

sales order.

Or you can use some kind of user exit preferably by not hard coding the material number in it

but by maintaining a table where you input thematerials and the maximun quantity allowed.
