statuswise comments to doc. profile

Dear all,

MY scenario is like this .

Doc. crater---Engg.

Approval -

---

Manager.

Now is it possible to giving a statuswise comments to doc. profile.?

if yes how it will be possible?

Hi,

Kindly check this setting

Cross apllication component> Document management>Define document types-->Define document status

Fld sel --> for this select value + (req entry)

Select a document type and then select a define document status .You will get document status table. select one document status and then select Details icon(Magnifier) there you will get the Fld sel checkbox for particular status which u selected.

Fld sel --> for this select value + (req entry).

After this settings whenever u change the status system will ask to maintain the loffield.This helps in tracking the comments with status change.This can be viewed in status log for particular DIR

Dear all,

I want to put the comments like

EX- suppose manager approved doc, but some deviation . He has to put the comment like "doc , is approved with manor deviation " like this

Hi,

Did you maintain the settings which I told.

Kindly do the same .This will help you to maintain comments whenever you change the status
