Along with network number & activity number use confirmation number and/or confirmation date.

For excuting the Fuunctional module BAPI_NETWORK_CONF_CANCEL abaper has to write some coding. Discuss with your abaper on this.

It is working fine now, for this i have written a z-pgm and called the function module and at last i used commit work.

Yes, you have to Commit it , to make the entries to happen to the table.
