Hello All,

I am getting Error while doing KO02 Order settlement

I selected Cat - FXA and select asset (asset under construction)

When I am trying to save

You cannot post to asset 150000 0 (investment support measure)

with Message Number Message no. AA311

Hi,

I understood your problem i.e why i have given you all the steps. The procedure which i have provided should be followed.

You cannot directly post to fixed asset. You need to settle KO88 which would be settled agains the AUC mentioned in IO then go to KO02 you will find the settlement rule created automatically and would be greyed out. Now you need to settle from AUC to fixed asset. Here again in KO02 in settlement rule now you can add the settlement rule with receiver as fixed asset with FXA.

Hope you understood. Please follow the steps which i have again last.

Hi,

You cannot directly include settlement rule for AUC. This is automatically included after settling.

1. Create an Internal Order through KO01 and from that Extras --> Create AUC.

2. Then you post expenses to AUC.

3. You settle the IO through KO88. When you settle the internal order automatically it would be settled to AUC which is in IO.

4. Check the IO you can see the settlement rule with AUC line item

5. Now select FXA rule and select the final asset.

This is will solve your problem and this is the procedure.

Hi Girdhar,

Below the what I have done

I have created first Internal Order and then Asset Under Construction

Then I went into KO02 and selected the settlement and entered FXA and gave the Asset number

So when I hit the enter key then it gives me the error.

Is andy thing missing I amd getting confuse over here.
