I have PPM with one operation, 1 activity with 2 modes. I don't use setup activities, so is it possible to use setup times matriz to run the optimizer?

Hi Tha,

You can run optimiser with set up time matrix by creating set up matrix in APO directly as you do not have set up activities maintained in ECC.

But I have a clarification that set up time will be optimised for effective sequencing of lined up products. When there is no set up activity in your scenario, in what way optimisation is going to help?
