What's the Support Package Stack Level of your SAP Solution Manager?

The SMD is well integrated as of as of SolMan 7.0 EhP1 in transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER -> Root Cause Analysis.

When I access the t-code provided, I get

"You are not assigned to a Work Center".

Please help more. Thanks!

You need to assign work center authoritization to your user.

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC & SAP_SMWORK_DIAG for RCA.

If you want to use other workcenters as well assign SAPSMWORK_* authorization.....

The described procedure in this link was valid in earlier releases of Solution Manager, only.
