Compensation Error Message

Dear all,

I would like to check with your all, below error message is refer to which configuration?

1. Error when determinig matrix value. Guideline could not be applied.

2. Guideline Merit Award could not be used for wage type Merit Award.

Hi,

I assume that you are using ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management). Can you give some more details, such as where are you getting these errors? In the meantime, you may check the following:

1. For this, you may have to check the definitions of matrix dimensions. If the dimensions are not defined correctly, you may get an error in Guidelines.

2. For this, have you checked the table V_T71ADM04 (IMG activity 'Assign Compensation Plan Payroll Data')? This is where you link wage types to the Compensation Area and Country.
