IDES 6 - Not able to create Z programs

Hi I have a IDES 6 installed Windows 64 bit, Oracle. I am trying to create Z programs using sapuser. It just hangs after I click on Local Object and finally timesout. In the st22 it was showing that a simple query on D010INC is timing out. I looked at this table from Se11 and there was a warning message that the index is missing in Oracle database. I created the index by going to database utilities and activated this object. Still the problem persists. I am trying to activate the table also, but that one just hangs. Any suggestions?

Dear Ashish

Did you create the statistics for table D010INC from db20?

go to tcode db20, enter the table name, click on refresh button , then click on create bottun. Create statistics for both D010INC or D010TAB after adjusting from database utilities.
