WBS-Revenue Element

Dear Fnds,

In WBS element where can i tick the wbs as revenue element.

Actually I need to see the Planned revenue in S_ALR_87013565 in this report.

Iam Using Cost element type:50 Project-related incoming orders: Sales revenue

Please help me out

Hi,

Basically you don't have any option of checking revenue element in Project.

It is a billing element, for assiging the WBS to sale order and also for running result analysis.

Comming to your question:

Maintain the Revenue cost element group (group all cost element with category 11) in the Project planning profile t-code: OPSB assign this profile to project profile.

Now go to CJ42 and plan some revenues, the will be shown in your report.

Else in the planning profile OPSB, you have the option planned revenue from sale order or Quotation. check those references. once you assign the wbs to saleorder, the saleorder value will be copied to WBS revenue plan.

This Value is not floating to Project-WBS ,What are the configuration Required to get the Planned revenues in S_ALR_87013566 Report.

Hi,

Check the WBS you are going to assgin to the Sale order is a Billing element.

Second thing you should have defined the Revenue Cost Element group in the OPSB.

Check whether all the cost elements with category '11' are included in the group or not.

For your information S_ALR_87013566 is not ment for Planned Revenues,

please check the same in S_ALR_87013564 - Plan/Actual/Variance.

Yes My WBS marked as a Billing element and i maintain the Cost element having Group 11.

Even iam not getting the Planned revenue ,plzz
