Unable to co create Bond for Export sale

Dear Experts,

We are dealing with Non exciseable finished goods.For Export Sale when i try to create Bond in J1ibn01the system is showing the error messege "For object J_1IBOND , number range interval 01 does not exist

Message no. NR751

Diagnosis

The database table NRIV has the delivery class 'C', i.e. the SAP default settings are only in client 000.

So where to make the required configuration.

maintain the number ranges for missing object in J1I9 then create a bond.

Now i can create bond. After creating this where to assign this number?

In ARE1 while creating it in J1IA101 in the BOND/UT1 tab you have to enter the Internal Bond number

Sir,

Our Finished Product is non exciseable.So we do not maintain any excise registers.So in our case where do we tag this bond number in which sales doc and where?

Bond number is entered or referred only in ARE1 and not in any sales document.

Check with your client regarding ARE1 whether they are creating it or not for the non excisable goods when exporting

Hello Jyoti,

Go to j1i9 and enter the object as J_1IBOND and within it give no as '01', year 2009 and then mention the required no range with current no.

Goto J1I9 or SNUM and for the object J_1IBOND maintain the number range interval for this fiscal year with 01 as interval type
