some quarry????

Dear all

I have some quarry pls help me

(1) We are downloading the Organization structure (model) from R/3 server to the CRM server. After downloading from where can I see it?

(2) Can we are creating our organization mode in the “Create Organization model” if yes then what is the use it?

(3) For service it is mandatory to bill in CRM right now can anybody tell me from where can I made a billing from CRM?

You can see org model in CRM in transaction PPOSA_CRM.

Billing documents can be maintained in transaction BEA_BD_01. You can also have a look at transactions BEA_BD* & BEA_DL* as well as BEA_CRP.
