disp + work stopped while Instralling Solution manger on MS SQL 2005 SP3

Hello,
I try to install Solution MAnager for Netweaver 7 EHP1. WIndows 2008 Server engl. 64Bit, 18 GB RAM 29GB Swap. MS SQL 2005 SP3.
White the Installation the Insatnce should be started.
The disp+ work triy to start. After a while disp+work stopps.
The trace of disp+work shows the following Errors:
Database: Database error -1 at CON
and
SAP-Basis System: Initialization DB-Connect Failed, Return Code 000256
I´ve read the most of the hints here and Relaese Notes, but nocthing helped me.
Anyone an idea?
