HTTP adapter - dynamic URL - character limit workaround?

Hi,

I am opening this question again, since the last thread was in 2007 and was marked as answered:

I have the same issue and was wondering if there are any updates from SAP since then? Is there any way to bypass this error?

hi,

as per note:

Note 1105368 - HTTP adapter: Dynamic URL and HTTP parameters

quote :

"Note that the length of <name>=<value> is restricted to 200 characters in the dynamic header. For technical reasons, we are unable to extend this length."

so it's still valid

Hi,

Can u hard code URL value in HTTP adapter, i think it will work. I think the problem is due to passing variable.
