BSP Error HTTPS Required

Hi experts,

I've newly finished our SRM 7.0 system configuration. But when i click on "PO create" link to create new PO or trying to create user on SRM server, system the system gives error:

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

SAP Note

• The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Access to page default.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server

Error type:

Your SAP Business Server Pages Team.

**************************************************************

What my question is if it is mandatory to buy "HTTPS" from SAP, to create PO or user on SRM server? Or is there any solution to pass this error?

Can you check what URL has been configured in TWPURLSVR. Make sure it is HTTP
