After entering CVI1, -

recipient name field. when i am pressing F4. 2,3 name is comming now i want to add few name more in that list.

wht are the setting require?

hi,

You need to add your recipients in resipient list, under field recipient names column.

Hi,

There are many types of recipient in SAP like yor business partners,External emails and internal users(these are few ex).

To send mail to your business partners like vendors,clients etc you need to maintain master data for them along with email IDs.

Then only you can select them as a mail recipient.

External mail ids can be inserted directly .

For Internal users you first have to create a user in SU01 and then can be added in recipient list.
