Any glitch with the registered date in user profile

Hi,

Has any one noticed the registered date in user profile shows some recent date, but the user has been posting for a long time.

Hi Ravi,

There are users who have several SCN users and have also created e.g. forum posts with different users. They ask us to merge their content to their main SCN user. If this main user is a newly created user, you will see the effect that you have described: E.g. the user registered yesterday, but has posts that are from last year.

Actually my date seems to be changing on itself sometime. I joined sometime in May 2006 (I think), then changed the employer in 2008. For a while I haven't had any issues, but then it turned out that somehow I had 2 different accounts. Some nice person from SCN helped to resolve this issue and the date was correct for a while. But recently I've noticed that the date again shows 2008 instead of 2006. Everything else seems to be correct and working, so I just let it slide. But now I see this post and think maybe there is a glitch? Oh well...

I think he recently Transferred all points from old account to new account.

Some times it misleads if there is a similar person with the same name.
