Can I use Template inside the loop in main window

Hi All,

Currently I am creating a smartform for customer stataments ..

In the main window, I am displaying the item details.And I am also displaying the same details with lesser fields in bottom of the page in a secondary window.(2 different tables used for in main window and sec window)

No of items in the secondary window should match the number of items in main window.

I am trying to use loop in the main window and when sy-tabix is 16 and triggering the next page thro 'COMMAND,..

But how to display the fields in correct positions using template in Main window ? If I use template its printing only one page ??

I am using 4.6 version.

Hi,

Using template in Loop it automatically goto next page as per items in loop.

Hi,

If your items are fixed number then use template. otherwise more number of entries means use table and it will extend to second page. but template will not extend to second page. .what ever data in first page that same data will display in 2nd page for template.I think this will clarify your doubt.

You can use loop inside the table. But you can't use template in a table.

Use can use table instead of using template inside loop.
