No inbound/outbound interfaces for Business Systems

Hi,

after upgrading from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 there are no inbound and outbound interfaces in the Communication Component definition for our Business Systems any more.

We didn't change anything in SLD.

Does anybody know why these entries are lost in 7.1?

Hi Thorsten,

I faced the same problem while i was trying to select the interfaces while configuring the scenario in ID.

I could not found any interfaces after i selected my Business System for the sender.

Solution: Go to the SLD.

In the technical system Go to the

Technical System------> Installed Software (TAB) and add the Product name under this tab as it appears in the IR.

After this you need to go to the corresponding business system

Business System-----> Installed Software (TAB) check the installed products under this tab.

This has done the solution for me.

Hi Thorsten,

The answer to your question could have a thousand answers as to why the error is coming up.

Please go through

Checks to be executed before ESR/PI Upgrade to 7.1: Note 1154961

Upgrade to SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.1 Note 1061649

One more basic thing , you can use RZ 70 to import SLD content. That could also be a cause.

We have checked all these points, but it didn't solve our problem.

I don't know what could cause this.

Hi Thorsten,

We just upgraded our system from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 and we have exactly the same problem. I was just wondering whether you have found a solution by now?

unfortunatly we have not found a solution till now.

We don't know what could be the reason.

We tried a lot of things but nothing worked.
