Delivery issue for SO

Hi

i am facing an issue in delivery for SO

When i am cretaed delivery for SO XYZ through Vlo1n an error is coming

5C\QError@ 20146638 12 SAP GTS: 0190-15806W US Missing HTS No.

can u pls help me out to resolve this issue immediately

Hi there,

I believe this is export scenario. The error means material is not setup in GTS.

You need to setup the below units in GTS when created new:

Sales doc type, item catg, delivery doc type, shipping point, plant, ompany code, material.

Also as per the US customs requirement, you will need HTS & ECCN num updated for materials in GTS system.

Check if GTS calls any other system for material update. If yes, then maintain the material in that legacy system or just maintain the material with the HTS code in GTS. Your issue will be solved.

When a new order is raised, SAP progs call the RFC to connect to the GTS which will transfer all the SO information from SAP to GTS. When any of the above setup is not done properly, you will get these error & SO will be in technical hold.

but pls confirm, what T-code are required for to maintain HTC code for materials. In SAP what i have to update and where so that this issue will not come for SO XYZ
