Configuring solution database in service desk

Hi

I am configuring solution database.On click of the action "Create solution in solution database" the webdynpro screen should open up.But i am unable to do it.

Pls help and provide any document for configuration if possible.

actually you need to configure few settings via IMG under the service desk node
