Service material

Hi,

I am Creating One service material with material Type Services

at the time of creating sales order

i am getting following error-

'Document / 000001 has no checking group (material master - plant data)"

how to solve this?

Hi,

If it is service material,then it should be not relevant for delivery.Right?

First maintain the material type DIEN which is the standard material type.

Go to VOV7,Select your item category.Details.

Uncheck item relevent for delivery.Schedule line allowd also uncheck it.

Save.

In material master,under plant tab maintain,the availability check field.

Save.

Checking group is availability check field in Material master - plant data tab

You have to maintain that and then try again.
