Hi,

This error can occur in older patch level of SAP kernel. I suggest to update your SAP kernel to the latest patch level as per Note 19466 as a first step.

Cheers!

Manish,

How many BTC's are configured on your system? Is there a operation mode change during that time? Check the wp distribution for operation modes too.

I would suggest you to have atleast two BTC at any given time in the system.

Check ST22 for any dumps for that time slot.

Hope this helps.

Please check the dev trace file for Process no 15. and i don think its a shared memory problem as u mention its on hourly basis.

Please check if there is any job failing in your system? and paste dev trace file for 15 no process.

And do check prev and after entries in sm21. and try to find the meaning for return code from sm21. double click on message and you will get the details of return code in sm21.
