iview running slow

hi,

a purchasing order iview from portal for a only one particular user is very slow, doesn't throw any error message.

checked the sm12 locks in the backend and deleted for that user, but still the user is facing the same problem.

could anyone tell the roadmap for troubleshooting the issue

Hi,

Can you please provide us some info on ur backend system as well as ur portal also abt Supp Pack level.

Have you done with basic trouble shooting.

Like asking any other user to open up same page(po iview) from that comp.

Asking the user who is facing the problem(po iview) to use some other comp and check the performance.

Did u check with user(facing PO iview problem) if he is retrieving anything like more data(May be u can tell like selecting huge to and from dates)

let us know if you have any issues.
