Fixed amount in item level

Hi,

We have defined a condition type in pricing as a fixed amount, when we enter manually the fixed amount in the order, this value is still being recalculated against the actual delivered quantity( prorating).

I need fixed amount to be copied from order to invoice even though the delivery qty is less then the order qty. Is there any settings avaialble in condition type details?
