Dear all,

Could any one please tell me the difference in ""Condition currency & document currency"'

+

what is function of CONDITION INDEX in condition type & why do we maintain it.

HI,

1.*Condition Currency * comes from Company Code level (i.e Company code belongs to Country) & Sales Organisation level currency we maintain like Company RELIENCE company Code ZRCL so the Company code Currency will be INR & the Sales Org. add. of Mumbai so it will INR.

2. Document Currency is the currency used in sales order/ PO Document : Lets say Relience importing some Material from US then the PO currency will be in $.

3. Condition Index To search for condition records that were created for a variety of condition types and condition tables i.e. all condition records which apply to a certain customer or material.

Hello,

When u maintain a cond rec for a cond type, there u can mention the required currency in field 'unit' which can be different than ur document currency which comes from customer master.
