Hi all, I'm trying to use the "Find Capacity Load Planning View by Elements" enterprise service from ES Workplace SCM HU8, but its returns a Invalid timezone error!

Can you give SM21/ST22 entries relate to this and also check timzone settings for components you use like SCM,APO etc...

Hi,
To take full advantage of the ES Workplace you need to make sure you can access all of the URL's from your company network. This especially means you need to have access to the following network ports: 80 and 50001.
Please take this requirement into account when accessing the systems from your network.
can you try to send your issue to sap from your email
you can find email from where you get the user information.(i am not sure of this).

ES work place Authorization depends on your service id or how you register to this?
can you please tell me how did you register using service id or different option?
Also you can mention your problem in the from and SAP would get back to you through Email or Phone.
