I am looking at packaging my scs, di, and db ABAP
using MCservicegard for HP-UX
How should the JAVA add in be packaged?
Is it neccesary for the JAVA add-to exacly mirror its ABAP counterpart in terms of:
1. Physical distribution (central system vs. distributed
2. # of DIs
3. Physical host
Does anyone have any whitepapers on the "new" nw2004s architecture (ASCS) on a virtualized clustered unix system?
This document is great, but does not really address the question that I had, thanks anyhow.

This information can be found in the Technical Infrastructure Guide in the Planning section of service.sap.com.
In a full system all ABAP servers do have a Java Add-in installation of the Java server.

Benny
