How to turn off Delivery and readnotifications

Hello!

I am running an ERP6.0 system and I am using SAPConnect to sent emails via an SMTP Mailserver.

I have the situation that the person who sends the mail always get's a notification that the mail was relayed by the STMP Server (for example Lotus notes or Exchange). This email is sent by the mailrelayserver to the personal eMailadress that is set for the sending SAP user in SU01. This mailadress is not routed into the SAP system. The mail just comes into the senders normal email inbox.

Additionally the recipient of a mail is aways asked to confirm that the mail was read.

Do you have an idea how to control these two things?

Where can I turn off th read confirmation?

How can I turn off the relay notification?

Goto SCOT->Settings->Confirmation of receipt->

Select the second option SAPConnect does not expect receipt confirm for int mail.

In internet domain choose *

Please let us know how it works

Hi Puneeth!

Unfortunatly that doesn't work out.

The option was already set before but didn't have any effect.

By the way, I think by setting the * for the internet domain I think the setting of the two radio buttons above is bypassed.
