Hello All,

I am working on the SLA management for service desk and am unable to find the Item Category "SOL4", in the Item Category List.

Can someone pls assit me understanding this pls?

Item category SOL4 is missing because BC set SOLMAN40_SDESK_VAR_000 has not been activated in the system.

Check this BADI in transaction SE19.
