exception Ship-to party is not assigned to a sold-to party

Hi,

I am using the BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create sale order. But it is giving the following error.

Ship-to party is not assigned to a sold-to party

Would you please be able to help me to resolve this error?

hello, friend.

check IMG > SD > Basic functions > Partner Determination > Setup Partner Determination.

for sales orders, choose partner detr procedure (TA in standard) and click "partner functions in procedure".

in the next screen, look for the assignments TA and SH and check in the column O (Origin). most likely there will be an entry "C" which means the ship-to party must be assigned in the customer master; otherwise, any other entry will be in error.

if so, the solution is to remove this after coordinating with your client and project manager for the requirements.
