cj20n transaction problem

Dear all,

In PS ,if any user enter the transaction cj20n the SAP gui automatically logged off the user and shuts down by itself. The sap Gui version is 710.I tried with different PS users and on different machines but th e problems remain the same.

Are you still facing this problem if yes than try to reinstall the GUI and clear all the old logs from T-Code SM21. We are using GUI version is 710 and CJ20n is working fine with us.

Hi Nidal,

Ask your basis team to check user buffer and check the logs in SM21 and remove the old logs.

normally this happens if the logs are full for CJ20N t-code.
