Transport management system Error

Hi,

We are unable to transport any request from dev>quality>production system. My abaper wants to delete one running transport request yesterday. I have deleted that request xxx908185 in IRQ.After that I am unable to refresh queue in IRQ system. I have moved the trans (/usr/sap/trans/tmp) folder content to another place in IRQ system then refresh happened in IRQ.Now I am unable to move any request from dev to quality and production system. But the transport from dev to production system directly working fine. I think problem in IRQ system. I tried to delete the content in TRBAT table content it produce the dump u201CDBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERRORu201D in IRQ.Please advice me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Hi,

are you able to see that request in the Queue of IRQ.

Please move all the logs from the /usr/sap/trans/tmp and usr/sap/trans/logs related to this transport.

then run Tp check in stms . then you need to refresh the queue and try to transport the request.

Please also check thet the transport Route are fine.

Hi,

Yes IRQ.LOB is running only.But i moved this file from tmp to another place.I think This indicates Transport Lock and trcuk will keeps on going in IRQ system.How to reslove this issue.

Hi,

It looks like your TMS had been configured after refresh but now you're facing this issue.

Check your "import monitor", it could be possible that two transports were scheduled at the same time.

If any transports are still running, select that request/requests & delete entry. Then try importing again.

Make sure that RDDIMPDP runs when you import.

1. Delete all running requests.

2. At the OS level, delete any tp.exe programs through task manager.

3. What are the logs of RDDIMPDP job?

Are you the only one moving the requests? If you are in a team, consolidate & move the requests.

Hi

see note 12746. easy way (not safe) if the .LOB file is in use, make a backup of your /usr/sap/trans/log file and /usr/sap/trans/tmp directories then clear these directories and try again.

Hi Vikranth,

Check sapmnt tablespace,i faced the simlar issue if sapmnt is full you might get stuck with the similar issue.

id sapmnt is full perform the below steps...

To clean up the error log files,

1. Enter the T-code: SE38 or SA38

2. Enter program name as RSBTCDEL2

RSBDCREO run in all clients

RSPO0041 (for deleting the old Spool request)

3. Execute

Who in their right mind would let you administrate a SAP system? Does your boss or the business owners of the system know about these things which you do to it?

Hi,

Looks like you have carried out system refresh on IRQ... Am i correct.

If so have you completed post refresh activities on IRQ, adding IRQ back to transport domain.

Also have u scheduled back the Basis in house Jobs back in IRQ

Please let us know....

Please paste the system log and trace file log. so dat we can find a solution at earliest
