Reversing customer consignment

Hi,

The user had done a consignment sales order and place some stock in the customer's premises using movement type 963 . But the goods were reversed with movement type 964. Now the particular material is not there in the user's premises since 2008. But in MMBE it is still showing as stock in transit and Customer consignment stock when in actual the stock should be zero. In MB5T, it is showin zero stock in transit for the concerned plant and material.

Could you tell me as to how bring the stock back to zero.

As per standard once stock has been assigne for customer (Consignment fill up) then stock will show in Customer consignment , now if you want to stock to be reversed to normal stock then you have to do Consighnement Pick Up with movement type 632.

i think you are using customised movement types, so check your movement types and do the consignment pick up so that Consignement stock will be Zero and the same is going to be add to actual stock.
