How to install SPS for upgrading to SOLMAN7 EHP1?

Dear consultant,

I want to install KB70017 but it conflict with ST 400. According to note 1245992,

I need to install SPS instead. But there is no clear guideline. Please tell me how to install KB70017, thx.

SAP_BASIS 701's prerequite is BBPCRM KU50013

BBPCRM 13's prerequite is SAP_AP KNA7014

It looks like you're on stack 17, even though i'm not completely sure.

You could check by starting the maintenance optimizer, create a new request and select SPS17.

Make sure all packages are installed in your system.

Afterwards create a new mopz request and select your target stack (i assume 19, including the EhP1).

Download all, upgrade your jspm first, then your kernel, followd by java stack then ABAP.

Here is my procedures. First, install SOLMAN 7.0 to SP17(use MOPZ). Second, car *ALL* SPS files and use SAINT to install Basis to 70102. I have tried to upgrade to 70103 directly but it returns CRT error. Third, install SP to the lastest. Good luck.

I have dowloaded the SP17 through MOPZ and applied the same.

Can you guide me from where should i download Ehp1 ?

i.e either using MOPZ or directly from service market place.

I think it should be MOPZ.

BUT

In the MOPZ , step 2 : Calculate Download file authomatically there is only one option to select (i.e, Maintenance).

According to me there should be one more option (i.e Enhancement Package Installation).

How to get this option.

BTW, note 1169247 say it should be no problem to build the SAINT queue manually.

Does this mean I should uncompress 9 software components togather and select all packages to install, is that right?

I always get my xml-files from oss.....

I know it's not mandatory, but I like to be sure no things are forgotten or installed additionally without my knowing.

Expert,

I also having the problem with BBPCRM,* must not be installed.

I cheked the queue calculation logs showing everything was complied except BBPCRM*.

Should remove it?

You need to install EhP1.

Latest basis package for non-EhP1 installations is KB70016 which belongs to SP Stack 17.

Installation guides can be found at service.sap.com/instguides.
