Changes not visible in ESR cache

Hi,

The problem is when I make certain changes in the objects present under a particular Software Component and activate them, the same doses not gets reflected in the CACHE Status Overview for ESR. The same objects are also not present in the ID. I have tried refreshing all caches in the Administration tool but it makes no difference. This problem is only occurring for two of my SWCu2019s.

Please help!!!

Solved by re-instantiating the whole server.

Hi Rajeev,

I have tried doing what you had suggested but didnt get any success. Now the basis team are re-installing the whole system.

Hi,

Ask your basis guys to restart your XI system completely and then try to activate your ESR changes.
