MMC Problem

Hi all,

I installed SAP 4.7 in windows server 2003. When i started the server, first time it started without errors.

But when i am starting second time, in MMC console, the console root '+' symbol is not expanding. when i click on plus symbol it was disabled.can anyone tell me solution for this please.

Hi Sankar

From windows task manager kill the process "sapstartsrv.exe" and then restart SAP MMC.

Hi,

You can register the service again with sapstartsrv. Provide the details and Snap will be back in MMC.

Hi

Check all the oracle services.TNSlistner and sap services are running check at

start>run>services.msc

You can make the entry of your system .Just goto SAPMMC

Right Click on SAP system --> properties --> Fixed

then add the SID and the ip address of your system and you shall have the entry in the MMC then.
