Hi,

How we will create a bar codes for smartforms ? and one more question is How to create a

TEemplate in smartforms ?. any code is needed to get the barcodes in scripts.

Hi,

Create Barcodes

Transaction SE73, and choose System Bar Codes ->Change.

Choose Barcode Technology as 'New', enter a name and a description for the bar code.

Choose bar code symbology and bar code alignment.

If you have created a new bar code, you must add this to a Smart Style as a character format.

Select text in Smart Forms and choose the corresponding style with the bar code as the character format for this text.

Create Template

Right click on the window and choose Create->Template

Define a table layout to determine the cell structure for each line. Enter the table layout directly or use the Table Painter to define it.

Output Options tab contains attributes such as Position, Style, Box and Shading.

Conditions tab allows to display the node only if certain conditions are true .

Traditional Bar Code Printing can be used in SAPscript. Bar codes are generated in the printer.

Special hardware is required.

hi,

for barcode u do one thing go to smartforms transaction then create your own smartstyle in that smart style create a new node C1 as a character format then there is a barcode tab choose ur barcode type.

then go to ur smartforms then where u want to create a barcode in that go to output options and enter ur smartstyle then select ur character format C1 .

Hi,

In SE73 u can create the Barcode. This will appear in u r Smartform Style.

Template :

First create Window. Right click on Window->Create-> Template.

Double click on Template--->Template button U ca mention Width,Horizontal Alignment,Verticl elignment,Height of the row,no.of colums in perticular row.
