Unable to do partial confirmation in SRM

HII,

I did partail confirmation in mySupply, and trying to do second confirmation for remaining qty,

but its not giving any respoence after clicking on confirmation icon.

but able to do GR in backend via MIGO.

Please suggets....

what is the total item in PO ? how much you did partial confirmation?

did you change any thing on PO ? how PO created ? from SC

Thnx for your reply,

SC- Qty -10,

PR QTY -10,

PO - qty - 10,

Then did 1st confirmation - qty 2....

GR1 created in backbend ..with qty -2

now did clean_reqreq_up & bbp_get_status_2 in BBP_PD tcode

able to see updated summary in mysuply.....like... Ordered QTY -10 , Confirmed QTY - 2.

Also if we do another GR2 in backbend with QTY 2, it will updated in mysupply.....like... Ordered QTY -10 , Confirmed QTY - 4.

But I ma not able to do second desktop receiving in myssuply.

learnt that you are in classic .

Is your SRM Qty 2 Confirmation updated in ME23N -PO History ?and material documents are created for your Qty 2 in ecc system?

yes Its classic.

offcourse its updated in backend, as 1st GR1 is updated in backend.

also GR2(qty-2) created in backend, summary get updated in myssuply....Ordered 10..confirmmed -qty 4

Hi,

What is the message you get when you try to post a confirmation in SRM.

Did you check the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB table in SRM for any entries for the PO. This should normally get cleared when CLEAN_REQREQ_UP program runs.

However, due to some data issues, the IDOC may be stuck in ECC. Try to get the reason for the error in the posting & clear it.

Hey entry is ther in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for my PO#1000143946

In table field- CORE_KEY i can see..value...100014394600010

so also i guees .. last digits 00010 are for item number..

so can you let me know ,,whats does this entry in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB means???

I deleted entry from table ...it seems that PO was stuck some where..

Now it works fine... and I am able to do 2nd confirmation in mySupply.....

Hi,

You can create the second confirmation for one PO only when the first one has been synchronized fully with backend. Normally this happens when clean_reqreq_up job is run. Check your schedule for clean_reqreq. After it is run, you should be able to create the next confirmation.

as i replied to Muthu , I did clean_reqreq_up 2/3 times in bbp_pd tcode.

all in vain
