Can not switch from successfully tested phase : Normal correction

Hello Team,

We checking normal correction scenario in solution manager ( SSM )

TMS landscape is A (client 200) -

>B ( 400 ) -

---

>B ( 600 ).

1> Change request is created by requestor -

---

> Done

2> Authorized by change manager -

---

>Done

3> set to in development phase by developer --->Done

4> required tx.requests are created and imported into the test system -

---

>Done

5> development is completed by developer ---> Done

6> tested by tester -

---

>Done ( status now : successfully tested )

from successfully tested staus --->Operator can not see next phase in actions but by going to the task plan ---> phase --->change --->next phase he can switch the phase of cycle but can not do it from Actions ..

Please let me know you have any hint?

Hi Tushar,

Normal corrections are not transported further than Test system by developer or tester, when using Change Request Mgmt..

In that scenario, you do all the changes in dev. system, transport them to test, test them and after successfull test they are transported all together within a Release to the next system. This is initiated thru the task list.
