Items quantity not getting transfered in delivery Doc

Hi ,

I have made a SO with 6 Item with Confirmed Quantiy after checking the stock,

but When I created a dilivery 1 Item out of 6 becme 0.

I have checked MMEB the Stock is available for the same

MD04 no Safety Stock for same is Indicated.

Shedule Date and confirmation date is also same.

Do someone have any Clue on the same .

(Pls Note availabilty Check is not acitivated here)

Hi ankur,

when I created A Sales Order with 6 item line quantity for all 6 items were confirmed and i saved the SO.

When I tried Creating a Delivery for the sane SO order .

Outof 6 item first line items Quantity became 0.

All the other 5 items Quanity was same as it was in the SO.

to analysis the same I have checked MMEB to check the stock for that Material (stock is available for that Plant and storage location)

I have aslo checked MD04 to check wheater some Safety Stock Indicator if any (nothing as such)

Iam sure the issue is clear pls give some update to solve the same.

Hi Sanapreet,

Are you sure the existing stocks haven't been allocated to a different order or delivery? Also try creating the delivery after inwarding a few units for this material in the plant.

Kindly check only for that line item in MMBE whether this stock is there in Schedule for Delivery Column also.

Hi Sanapreet,

Go to Sales Order Item--> shipping tab And check whether you have maintained the Plant and storage location for all the line item or not. If not maintain and try to deliver now.

I have checked the All the line item , Ihave not Mentioned Storage Location for any of the Item.

But Still out 6 Item 5 Are getting copied on Delivery Doc.

you think this can be the cause..

but yes there is plant in all the items...

Yes this can be the reason. Please maintain that Plant and storage location and check.

I dont think this is the reason because We are not putting any Storage location while creating the SO.

I have checked other Orders as well.

The diliver is still 0.
