Hi,

Can u plz inform as what r the parameters that needs to be checked and config that needs to be done so that quantity confirmed is not zero in sales order.. Its observed that since quantity confirmed is zero in sales order and its always in display mode and hence we cant pick the quantity. Also since quantity is not confirmed hence we cant do delivery, is this process true?

Also we often find that in delivery since quantity confirmed is zero but still we can execute delivery and in picking tab quantity confirmed is zero. How to rewrite the corrected quantity to more than zero.

Hi there,

It depends on the type of the material. Check if stock is there in MMBE for that plant / storage loc combination. Check in OVL3 which storage loc is assigned to your shipping point.

If it is a BTS material, then you will post the stock in MB1C into the plant / storage loc. Then you re-ATP the sales order sothat item is confirmed.

If it is a BTO scenario, then you will post the sales order stock in MB1C with special stock indicator E. Re-ATP the sales order (VA02 --> selec the item --> Click on Check item availability on the bottom menu).

HI,

Pls. check the followings:

1. Check the Mat. Qty. along with Storage Loc. Stock. T-code: MMBE

2. Availability check at Schedule line level is active Along with TOR T.code: VOV6

3. For Item category level Check Schedule line allowed check is active / not. T.code: VOV7

4. Check the Plant at Mat. Master, Customer master level. (From where the System is picking Plant).

5. Whether the material is properly maintain & under the right material type.

Might be availability Check has been maintained in the Sales Order. As you dont have enough stock to deliver so showing Zero quantity in Confirm Qty.

First create stock of Sales Order Quantity then do the availability check. Then you will get the Confirmed Quantity and can process for Subsequent Documents.
