CUA Problem

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem in our system while assigning roles to user. I have a 4.6C system with CUA configured. All RFC's Working fine .. i checked partner profiles ... while assging a role i am getting the below error message.

Diagnosis

The central system does not have any information about the existence of role XXX in child system XXX_YYY100.

System Response

The role assignment is deleted.

Procedure

Check in the child system whether the role exists. If it does exist, update the role information in the central system by running the "Text Comparison from Child Systems" function on the "Roles" tab page in transaction SU01.

after doing text comparision i dont see anything going on .. it just gives me a message that Data Saved. thats it ..

Any Inputs?

After text comparision, have you tried to assign role to the user again?

Ofcourse I have tried assgning again. Is there any other way i can know if Text comparision is successful or not.

now i encountered that this problem is on Child System for my CUA. any clues?
