Permenant license valid for only 23.06.2009 to 08.07.2009

Dear all,

I have installed Solman 7.0 with EHP1 ON WIN & ORC.

I have applied license as a standard practice & installed license .

But noticed permenant license is only valid for 23.06.2009 to 08.07.2009.

Did any one has gone through this.

What should be the reason, Any clues..

I assume, that you have registered the SolMan not under an installation number for SAP Solution Manager, but on another product (for example SAP Web AS).

In the case, that the product of the installation does not fit to the installed product (in your case SolMan), you will get only license with a validity of 14 days.

You may post the used installation number in the forum. Then, I can verify my assumption easily.

Product SAP ERP

Location xxxxx -

Yes, it is registered under same installation of ERP.Even our ERP systems are registered under same installation

Do, i have top delete existing & create new one..

Hi

While asking for the permanent license at Service market place select the date as 31.12.9999.Select the current installation and hardware key and change the date to the corresponding value of 31.12.9999

It will work out...

Hi Raul,

The mentioned

installation number 20281648 Business One T-Installation

is for Business One of a german customer.

Yes said, that the used installation is for Product SAP ERP.

That fits exactly to my assumption above.

If you do not have a dedicated installation number of the SolMan, you need to request one.

Maintenance Certificate would also be granted for 14 days only
