BP availability

hi,

We have created BP directly with help of BP transaction and then we saved those BPs as employee. We have uploaded availability of BPs thru RPM_BUPA_AVL direct in table.

Now the problem is that we are not able to get this availability in RPM_EMPDATA, also in portal BPs have seen without availability.

Please guide me to how to get availability for BPs
